This Is A Lovely Place To Be

Introducing the latest addition to my new A4 prints collection. This new print started life as a scribble for the colour soft lilac for my favourite online drawing challenge, #colour_collective. I was practicing a more sketchy, scribbly style that I love in other illustrators. Less concern for any kind of perfection and more trusting my intuition with lines and colour combinations. I wanted to add some words to and as I thought about this print on people’s walls, found myself instinctively writing, ‘This is a lovely place to be.’ I hope it will add a lovely bright pop of prettiness to your home.
